Oregon Real Estate Marketplace is a new website that welcomes listings of property for sale in Oregon. It is intended for the use of any REALTOR® in the state.
This site is owned and operated by Fred Chamberlin, Senior Mortgage Advisor with Alpine Mortgage Planning in Eugene and is not sponsored by Alpine Mortgage Planning or its parent, Pinnacle Capital Mortgage Corporation and any statements are those of the individual author and not of Pinnacle or Alpine.
I hope that you will find value in the site. Any listings will be searchable and the site itself will link to several high traffic sites to increase the number of people that will be viewing the listings. All listings must be posted in accordance with the Fair Housing Act.
Every effort will be made to reduce the amount of SPAM that internet postings generate. REALTORS® will be required to register to post their listings and will have total control over that posting. There will also be a section where the individual REALTOR® will be able to post a profile.
Information about mortgage loans will be posted on the site, but the primary focus of this website is to showcase Real Estate listings and help sell homes. No capture information will be gathered for solicitation of anyone reviewing the listings. However, if interested in finding out about any mortgage related question, we are here to assist.
